Stephen Moulton, Associate Director of Government Business Development
As a USAF colonel, Steve Moulton served as the director of the Air Force Global Cyberspace Integration Center Modernization and Innovation Directorate. He led an organization of more than 135 military, civilian and contractors to integrate, standardize and test cutting-edge cyber technologies. Moulton served as the USAF lead for the CSAF’s Joint Expeditionary Force Experiment (JEFX) and managed the $32 M annual C2 Constellation program element. As the Joint Forces Command (JFCOM) focal point for Air Force (AF) experimentation, he ensured that emerging experiment achieved AF, Joint, and DoD goals. In addition, Steve was responsible for all current Air and Space Operations Center Weapon System sustainment and test activities and Numbered AF continuity of operations/operational support utilizing the Ryan Center’s CAOC-X. Moulton graduated from the Air Force Academy and entered the Air Force in May 1985. Other assignments during his 25-year career with the military included service in the 393rd Bomb Squadron; in the 394th Combat Training Squadron (CTS), culminating as the Director of Operations; in the 509th Operations Group as deputy commander; and he was responsible for air operations and training for all B-2 flying squadrons, including nuclear/conventional training and certification. He holds a M.S. in aerospace technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Christina Pearson serves as director of corporate relations for the Institute for Information Security & Privacy at Georgia Tech, its College of Computing, and related research areas. As part of the Office of Development, Christina is committed to securing the philanthropic resources that are transforming Georgia Tech. She engages alumni, friends, families, corporations, and foundations in the life of the Institute and encourages financial investment in the Institute's future. Building partnerships with the corporate community is a top priority for Georgia Tech. Working together, we grow philanthropy and help companies connect to Georgia Tech through research, recruitment, and diversity initiatives. Pearson helps organizations of all sizes support Georgia Tech's aspirations as it defines technological research for the 21st century. Trinh Doan, Assistant Director of Business Operations
Trinh Doan manages and monitors financial transactions related to proposals, grants and contracts and other funds that support research through the Institute for Information Security & Privacy at Georgia Tech. She also oversees and manages special projects for the Institute. Ms. Doan holds 10 years of progressive experience in education and higher education financial management with Gwinnett County Public Schools and Georgia Tech. She has served as accountant, business analyst or auditor, and holds a B.S. of business administration - accounting degree from Georgia State University.

Tara La Bouff, Marketing Communications Manager
Tara La Bouff may be contacted by members of the media who seek interviews with the Institute for Information Security & Privacy (IISP) at Georgia Tech or others seeking marketing partnerships with the IISP. Her experience includes integrated marketing campaigns, national and local media relations, and multi-million fundraising efforts that allowed public, private and nonprofit organizations to build awareness and capacity. Previous work includes campaigns for a U.S. Department of Defense contractor, the Congressional Medal of Honor Society, the Arizona Board of Regents, and public transportation, healthcare and nonprofit clients. Her expertise in reporting, editing, publicity, fundraising, and integrated campaign execution has been recognized by the International Association of Business Communicators, Public Relations Society of America, and others. She holds a B.A. in journalism from Arizona State University.
